Feeds

The Business Feed overview shows all tasks and user messages per date. This overview gives you a timeline of the business-centric items. It is available at "Business > Feed".

Columns

ColumnDescription
TypeIcon representing the object and status. The envelope for user messages has three status symbols, a tick (Completed), exclamation mark (ManualTask, requires a response), and a cross (Error). The cogwheel for tasks has just two, a tick (Completed) and an arrow (In Progress).
Creation TimeTime the user message was created or the task started.
DescriptionThe description as specified on the task/user message.
LogThe last log entry for the item. Tasks have two log entries, one for when the task was started and a second when it finishes. User messages, likewise, when they are created, Waiting for reply since hh:mm, and when they are finished <user> rejected/replied with "<reply>" at hh:mm.
