Privileges Required to use REST Services

To use REST Services, you need one of the following:

  • scheduler-administrator or redwood-administrator role.
  • scheduler-user or redwood-login role in combination with the following system-wide, partition-wide or object-level privileges.

Built-in Roles

  • The scheduler-administrator or redwood-administrator built-in role provides full control over all REST services.

Using the REST Services.

You need all of the following privilege ranks to be able to use a REST service:

  • View - on partition REDWOOD_USERADMIN.
  • View - on application REDWOOD_USERADMIN.Redwood_UserAdmin.
  • View - on the REDWOOD_USERADMIN.Redwood_UserAdmin extension point.
  • View - on REDWOOD_USERADMIN.Redwood_UserAdmin library.
  • The user must have the required privileges to perform the actions to be able to perform them via the REST service.
