After a successful installation and login, you will be presented with the licensing page. To request a license, create a support ticket in the Support Portal and paste the complete license request into the ticket.

Prerequisites

  • The full URL to the Redwood Server installation
  • An email account to request the license, which will be sent inline to that account.

Procedure

Generate a license request and install the license

  1. Log in to Redwood Server. If the licensing page does not appear, or you want to install a new license, go to http://<server>:<port>/redwood/ui/licence/request1.jsp
  2. Fill in a company name and proceed to the following screen.
  3. To request a license, create a support ticket in the Support Portal and paste the complete license request into the ticket.
  4. Once you have received the license, you can paste it into the following window. If you closed the window, you may proceed to http://<server>:<port>/redwood/ui/licence/request3.jsp
  5. Paste the license into the License Key field and choose Activate License.
